Vineyard

The location of the vineyards is Episkopi, the amphitheater hill of ancient Gomfa (Mouzaki) and a place where wine has been produced since ancient times. The microclimate is very favorable, the cold evenings allow the grapes to ripen in a balanced way, despite the very hot summer days, giving fresh and aromatic wines.

Vinification - Aging

Extended extraction. Wild yeasts. Aging in oak barrels for 24 months and in the bottle for 12 months.

Tasty Combinations

It is ideally combined with grilled or stewed red meats, large poultry, such as turkey or goose, fatty baked fish, fresh and aged gravies.
