Deep red colour with violet hues in its youth. Dense aromatic bouquet of notes of plum marmalade, raisins, violet, chocolate and vanilla. It distinguishes for its full taste, fattiness, rich structure, robust body and special aftertaste. A wine with a great prospect in time.

Vineyard

Karipidis Estate is a family owned winery, which is situated in Vounaina in Thessaly, in Central Greece and manages 300 hectares of privately owned vineyard.

Vinification – Maturation

A wine with great perspective in time. It matures for 16 months in French oak. Limited bottling. It can be stored up to 8 years.

Ηarmony

It is ideally combined with red meats, grilled or cooked with rich sauces, game and aged spicy cheeses.
