From the Zacharias family’s own vineyards in the Selkia Leontiou location, in Nemea.

Vinification – Maturation

Prefermentary Cryoextraction for 3 days, followed by 20 days of extraction at 22 - 25°C. Left to age for 12 months in French oaken barrels, then for another 6 months inside a cement tank.

Ηarmony

It pairs well with lamb, goat, red meat with sauces.
