Tasting Characteristics

Bright golden yellow color. Aromas of citrus, apple, pear and hints of white peach. A rich natural sparkling, fresh acidity and a fruity aftertaste.

Vinification – Maturation

Pre-fermentation extraction at low temperature. Short maturation on fine lees. Second alcoholic fermentation in autoclaved tanks (methode Charmat), under controlled conditions where the sparkling is produced naturally.

Harmony

Combined with fish and seafood, salads, fresh white cheeses, also with a variety of finger food or drunk as an aperitif.
