Vinification – Maturation

The Brut Yellow Label reflects the exceptional vineyards as well as the consistent nature of the House. The high percentage of Pinot Noir wine (55%) provides the typical structure, Chardonnay (33%) adds elegance and finesse, while an idea from Pinot Meunier (20%) rounds off its blend.

Harmony

Ideal as an aperitif, however, it accompanies ideal appetizers, finger food, raw marinated fish, smoked salmon, white meats and grilled vegetables.
