Light yellow color with green highlights. A nose of tropical fruit, citrus fruit, asparagus, and freshly-mowed lawn. Medium-bodied mouth, with a crisp acidity.

From the Zacharias family’s own vineyards in Ntouramani location, in Nemea.

Vinification – Maturation

Prefermentary cryoextraction for 10-12 hours, followed by controlled temperature fermentation in stainless tanks.

It pairs well with raw seafood, like oysters, shusi, fishes and pate.
